Day 2: Cardio X - July 8

So, I know this is supposed to be Plyometrics but its late... and I live upstairs, so I didn't feel like everyone would appreciate me jumping around in the middle of the night.. And, if I remember correctly, in the Plyometrics DVD, Tony says something like "if you're not ready for this, consider doing Cardio X for now." 

So I did.  Or, well, I tried.  Apparently my cardiovascular system decided to disappear over the past while.  I used to run cross country in high school, but that was, I don't know, 7 years ago?  Anyway, I made it through to the 3 directional kicks in Cardio X (I have 19:30 left), before I started having a lot of trouble catching my breath.  So, for the first time ever, or at least that I can remember, I've had to stop a work out early.  Pretty disappointing, but I also didn't eat a whole lot today, and it is only Day 2 and it has been a long while since I worked out or was in good shape.  Nonetheless, this is a learning experience (X-perience...   :-D  ).  I should've eaten more/better today, and it also shows me how far I've fallen from my CC days...  But, I'm glad I got up and "pushed play."  Sometimes you have to take the little victories where you can get them.

Day 1: Chest & Back - July 7

So this was the first work out.  I feel pretty good about myself... I did better than I thought I would considering my lack of exercise in recent, well, months or something.  Also, I'm writing this on day 2... so I sort of forget...
